Dillon provides a personal consultation service for commissions, working with each client discussing size, shape, colour and style required for the occasion in question.

The majority of materials used are natural fibres, sustainable and eco- friendly.

Customers are invited to try on sample designs and feedback heeded throughout the process to ensure they feel comfortable and confidenyt in their choice.

Dillon advises two fittings for the client to check the progress of each hat before completion of the order.
